  5. A Certified and notarized copy of University degree/diploma, which MUST be validated by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission
  6. Copy of Transcripts
  7. A Copy of the employment contract signed by both sponsor and the applicant
  8. Medical Reports ( three copies) and lab reports ( two copies) along with 3 passport size color photos. The medial report must be issued by a licensed physician verifying that the applicant is gee of any contagious diseases. The physician must sign each copy of the medical report. The physician's license number and address should appear on each copy of the medical form. Medical reports should be used with (3) months from the date of issuance. Children under the age of sixteen (16) do not need a medical report.
  9. A police report issued within (6) months with detailed information about the applicant's criminal record, if any
